The whole house, just your group
Jerina Mansion is only ever booked exclusively — you never share it with another group. No reception, no other guests, and nobody close enough to mind the music. Hen dos are the most common booking we take — more of them than every other kind of weekend combined — and the house is set up for them.
What you get
- Six bedrooms, six bathrooms — sleeping up to 16 with portable beds, every room with its own bathroom
- A dedicated makeup room — the whole group gets ready at once instead of queuing for a bathroom mirror. This is the thing groups forget to ask about and then wish they had
- Infinity pool with sunbeds set into the shallow water, plus a heated jacuzzi usable day or night
- A large firepit — where most evenings end up
- Cinema room and wine cellar for a quieter end to the night
- Two separate living rooms, so the group can spread out instead of crowding one space
- Pergola dining area with its own two bathrooms, a changing room and an outdoor shower

What we arrange
- Catering — breakfast through to an outdoor grill or a served dinner on the terrace
- Drinks — a cocktail reception through to the bar for the rest of the night
- Massage and hairdressing at the villa
- A van and driver — airport transfers and the run into Blloku and back. It costs less than the taxis would, and it means nobody has to stay sober
It comes back to you as one quote covering the house, food and transport — not three suppliers to chase.
How the weekend usually goes
Daytime at the pool. Late afternoon, massages and the whole group getting ready together. Evening, a grill outside or dinner on the terrace. Night, the firepit and music as loud as you like. Some groups head into Blloku for a night out; plenty decide by Saturday afternoon that they are not leaving the house at all. Our full hen party guide goes through the planning in detail.
Keeping it a surprise
A good number of our bookings are surprises, where the bride knows there is a weekend but not where. A private house is far easier to keep secret than a restaurant or a club — no booking name to overhear, no venue to give it away. Tell us it is a surprise and every confirmation goes only to whoever is organising.
