Sleeping
Six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sleeping up to 16 guests with portable beds. They are genuinely different from one another — the master bedroom is around 45 square metres with a walk-in shower and hot tub, the high room on the first floor has the best view of the hills, one room opens straight onto the upper terrace, and the Zen Room sits on the ground floor beside the pool. Indoors
- Cinema room — for the evening nobody wants to spend outside, or as a presentation room for company retreats

- Two separate living rooms — so a large group can spread out instead of crowding one space
- Makeup room — a dedicated space to get ready, which hen parties and wedding groups tend to seize on

- Large firepit — where most evenings end up
- Pergola dining area with its own two bathrooms, a changing room and an outdoor shower, so guests coming out of the pool never walk through the house
- Green terraces and patios with an uninterrupted view over the valley

- A van with a driver for airport transfers, trips into Tirana and day excursions

- Pets are welcome — tell us when you book so we can prepare
- Suitable for children, thanks to the shallow pool section and the fact the whole property is private
- The villa is always booked exclusively — you never share it with another group
- About fifteen minutes from central Tirana, around forty from the airport
