Our most common booking. The group takes the whole house — pool by day, firepit by night — and there is a dedicated makeup room inside so everyone can get ready at once instead of taking turns at a bathroom mirror. Read the full hen party guide.
30th, 40th, 50th. Dinner outdoors, the party running as long as it wants, and the family staying over rather than ordering taxis at midnight. Breakfast by the pool the next morning tends to be the part people remember.
Proposals, anniversary parties, birthdays the guest of honour knows nothing about. A private house is far easier to keep secret than a restaurant — no booking name to overhear, no venue to give it away. Tell us it is a surprise and we keep every confirmation to the organiser.
Yoga, wellness and small corporate groups. Two separate living rooms mean one can stay set up as a session space while people still have somewhere else to sit, and the cinema room doubles as a presentation room. More on planning a retreat.
Often three generations at once. The infinity pool has a shallow section for younger children, there is a cinema room for when they have had enough sun, and pets are welcome. More on family gatherings.
Ceremonies on the lawn or beside the pool, dinner outdoors, dancing after dark. The light over the hills at sunset does a lot of work that no decorator could match.
Send us the date, a rough guest count and the kind of occasion, and we come back with a written proposal covering the villa, catering, drinks and transport as a single quote — not three suppliers to chase. Site visits are welcome and we would encourage one; the hillside is difficult to judge from photographs.
